The Secret To Eternal Youth

A wise man once told me ‘Never let anyone steal your joy’.
Today, I sat back watching my 2-year-old son (who is legitimately 100% addicted to ‘The Wiggles’) dance to the song ‘Hot Potato’. The smile on his face was priceless as he shook his little booty to the sounds, whilst dancing on the outside table (much to his mums disapproval of this dangerous adventure).
As I sat back as a proud dad, I could hear that phrase ‘Never let anyone steal your joy’ play in my mind. My son, with a total world experience of just two years, was full of joy in its purest form. So much that I believe, if you could bottle it it would diminish so many of the problems we face in life...quite an achievable feat.
JOY...something free, yet priceless in every way. NEVER let anyone steal your joy! It’s your secret key to eternal youth :)
